This Privacy Policy explains how Capital Influence, LLC (“Capital Influence,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit capitalinfluence.us, purchase subscriptions, join waitlists, or contact support.

1. Information We Collect

• Account & checkout data: email address, TradingView username (when provided), billing details processed by Stripe.
• Subscription data: plan selected, platform preference (TradingView, NinjaTrader 8, or both), license keys, and access status.
• Communications: messages you send to support, refund form submissions, scanner waitlist emails.
• Technical data: browser type, device, pages visited, and similar analytics data if analytics tools are enabled.
• Local storage: preferences such as intro-video skip state stored in your browser (localStorage / sessionStorage).

2. How We Use Information

• Provide indicator access, license keys, downloads, and TradingView invites.
• Process payments, manage subscriptions, and handle cancellations or refund requests.
• Send transactional email (receipts, access instructions, support replies).
• Respond to support and refund inquiries.
• Improve the site, measure conversions, and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted providers to operate the business, including:

• Stripe — payment processing (we do not store full card numbers).
• Netlify — website hosting and form handling.
• Cal.com — optional 1-on-1 training booking.
• Email providers — transactional and support email delivery.
• TradingView / NinjaTrader — platform access as selected at checkout.
• Analytics / ads pixels — if configured (for example Google Analytics or Meta), to understand traffic and conversions.

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing data they process on our behalf.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential browser storage to remember preferences (such as skipping the intro video) and to operate checkout and support flows. Analytics cookies may be used if analytics is enabled. You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings.

5. Data Retention

We retain subscription, license, and support records as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal/accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of personal data that is not required for those purposes by contacting support.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location (including CCPA/GDPR where applicable), you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information we hold about you. Contact support@capitalinfluence.us to make a request. We will not sell your personal information.

7. Security

We use HTTPS and industry-standard providers for payments and hosting. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong unique password for related accounts and do not share license keys.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will be revised when changes are posted.
