Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of Capital Influence indicators, AI bots (including EVE and SNAKE), community access, and related digital products on capitalinfluence.us. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Risk Disclaimer.

1. Products & License

Capital Influence grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use purchased indicators and bots for your personal trading accounts (prop firm and/or real capital), subject to these Terms and the License Agreement delivered with your purchase.

• One license = one user / one trading seat unless otherwise stated in writing.
• License keys and TradingView invite-only access are non-transferable.
• You may not resell, share, reverse engineer, redistribute, or sublicense any software or access.
• All algorithms, code, models, and branding remain property of Capital Influence, LLC.

2. Platforms

Indicators are available on TradingView and/or NinjaTrader 8 as selected at checkout. EVE and SNAKE bots are available on NinjaTrader 8 only. Platform accounts (TradingView, NinjaTrader, brokers, prop firms) are your responsibility.

3. Subscription Billing

• Plans may be billed monthly, quarterly, annually, or as otherwise shown at checkout.
• Bot setup fees (when applicable) are one-time charges separate from recurring bot or suite tiers.
• Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time through the customer portal or by contacting support@capitalinfluence.us. Access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically create a refund.

5. Refund Policy

• You have waited at least two (2) days after purchase before requesting; and
• The request is submitted before two (2) weeks of product use; and
• A completed Refund Request Form is submitted stating the reason for canceling.

Requests submitted before the 2-day waiting period ends will not be accepted. No refunds after two (2) weeks of product use. Outside that window, all sales are final. Approved refunds (if any) are processed to the original payment method at our discretion after review of the form.

6. Access Delivery

After successful payment you typically receive a welcome email with license key and/or download instructions. TradingView plans receive an invite to the username provided at checkout. Delays can occur if an incorrect username or email is submitted — contact support promptly to correct delivery details.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, share credentials, attempt unauthorized access, or use the products for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms without refund outside the refund policy above.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capital Influence, LLC is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, platform outages, prop-firm rule violations, or consequential damages arising from use of our software or content. Total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase in the preceding 30 days.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
