Refund Policy & Request Form

We do not offer refunds as a general rule. A refund may only be considered if requested after waiting two (2) days from purchase, and only when a refund form is submitted with your reason for canceling. No refunds after two (2) weeks of product use. Requests submitted before the 2-day waiting period ends will not be accepted.

Policy summary

Waiting period: you must wait 2 days after purchase before requesting a refund.
Required: this Refund Request Form with a clear cancellation reason.
Eligible window: after 2 days from purchase, and before 2 weeks of product use.
After 2 weeks of product use: no refund under any circumstances.
Canceling a subscription stops future billing; it does not refund amounts already paid outside this policy.
